Girl Time

This last weekend my best friend Meghan came out to visit. We had so much fun. It was so nice to spend time with her. Mike went to AZ for a bachelor party so it was just us girls. I miss spending time with her so much. She helped me register for the baby, helped work on the nursery and just gave me a good fix of girlfriend time that I needed.  Meghan I love you so much and thank you so much for the wonderful visit!

We didn't take many pictures...I am trying to stay out of pictures lately...what pregnancy does to ones body is very interesting........

Family Visit

This last week my parents came to visit us and helped out with some projects around the house. We had a wonderful week but it went by too fast. Mom and Dad thank you soooo much for visiting us and helping us with so many projects around the house. We loved having you here and can't wait til you come back! Also thank you to our other visitors that we have had earlier this year before I started this blog (Meghan, Roger, Philly, Ricky and Janet) we loved having you out here too! It means so much to us to have you visit us in GA. We know its far but we love you all so much and your visits mean the world to us! It reminds us of home....sniff sniff:)

Dad working on the piano!

My dad helped restore a 110 year old piano that they gave us. A little tune up and polish and the pianos is looking good!

Think Pink

On Tuesday March 1st Mike and I found out that we are having a GIRL! We are so thrilled to know the sex of the baby. We can now start the great name debate and decorating the nursery! We have started throwing around names we each like and have come to the conclusion that naming this little girl is going to be difficult! We do not agree on most names.....
This is a profile picture from the 20 week ultrasound. Sorry the quality is not the best, it did not scan well. Also I have no idea how to rotate pictures yet either.

Home Sweet Home

We moved into our new house about 1 month ago and finally are starting to feel settled here in Georgia. Our new home is in a beautiful subdivision called River District. The Chattahoochee River is our backyard and we live right next to Berkeley Lake. Our new community has welcomed us with that southern hospitality you hear about. We met more of our neighbors the first day we moved in here then we did the whole time we lived in Grayhawk. Not that AZ people aren't friendly because I think they are but it is different out here in Georgia. :)

The only pictures I have of the house I have taken when its been cold and rainy out! I will post some new pictures when its sunny and the trees and flowers are blooming.

For Terese!!!!

My good friend Terese has been after me to start this blog since the day we moved. Being in corporate housing for 2 months and having my computer in storage and then moving, traveling, etc..... It has taken me a while. But here it is Terese! :)
