Happy Father's Day

Mike's first Father's Day! We had a great family day. Addison and I let Daddy sleep in and relax in the morning, then we all went to the historical district and had lunch at a really cute place on the patio. We ended the day at our community pool splashing around. Happy Father's Day Mike, you are an amazing Dad and it shows in all the big and little things you do every day. We love and appreciate you so much!

St. Simon Island

Last week we headed to the Georgia coast. For Mike's work every year there is a family work trip to St. Simon Island. This year it was very nice to have Addison with us (out of my belly that is). Last year I was 8 months pregnant and very hot, uncomfortable and little cranky:) We had a great trip. Addison really started walking! She had been taking a few steps here and there but it seemed like overnight she was walking from one side of the room to another. So fun! We spent most of our time at the pool or on the beach and in the ocean. Addie loves the water. It was a very nice get away.

Memorial Day Newport Beach

This Memorial Day we headed to Cali to meet some fabulous friends for a week of fun in the sun on the beach! We met the Wilde's, Vaughn's and the Dilandri's. 8 adults + 9 kids = FUN FUN FUN and a few tears:) We all had a great time. The weather was warm in the day and cool at night. We played on the beach, went for walks and had a wonderful time. Thank you friends for a wonderful trip and great memories. Till next time...XOXO

Arizona Trip

We headed to AZ to celebrate our dear friend Meghan's 30th birthday and see family/friends. What a fun trip. Addie and I came in early and surprised Meghan on her actual birthday at the Dry Bar in Scottsdale Quarter and had our hair done with Peyton and Presley and then met Trevor for dinner at Eddie V's. So fun! We had a great time seeing family and friends. We love coming home to spend time with everyone. Here are a few pictures from the trip! xoxo

Meghan's Wig and Stache Bash

My best friend Meghan turned 30 on April 23rd and had a fun Wig and Stache Bash! It was so fun celebrating with her and welcoming her into her 30's. We love you Meghan and we were so happy to celebrate with you!

10 Months Stats

Addison is 10 months old! Time is flying and our little baby is getting so big! Addison at 10 months: - Crawls the stairs. When the gate is up she yanks on it like a caged monkey. - She loves the bath, LOVES it. - She likes to slap the walls with an open hand to make the loud noise. - She just learned to clap her hands. - She gets really excited when her Dad comes to see her after work. She kicks her legs and screams. - Addison is a talker! She is babbling, making all kinds of sounds and screams- loud!! - She loves to throw things, chase them and throw them again. - Addison sleeps through the night!!! Yea! (To give her credit she has been since about 5 months) - She crawls and pulls up on everything!!! She loves to walk behind her walker or anything that will slide for that matter. Weight 18lbs Height and Weight 50% Head- 90% We love you Addie!!

Terese Visits the Dunne's

Our dear friend Terese came to visit us! Terese moved to the southeast (Charleston, SC) a few months after we moved to ATL. Its so nice to have a friendly face near. We had a short but great visit! It was so nice spending time with Terese and look forward to many more visits!

Happy Easter

This Easter we stayed in Atlanta but Larry (Mike's Dad) came to visit! It was so much fun having him here for Easter celebration. We went to church early and then headed to the St. Regis for a beautiful brunch and a visit from the Easter Bunny!

Spring has sprung

In our neighborhood everyone plants beautiful flowers and their yards look great. So....Mike and I decided to give some gardening a try. We have no idea what we are doing, so hopefully the flowers don't die too quickly:)

We also cleared out the brush in our backyard by the river. Its so nice to see the river and the Atlanta Athletic Club beyond.

Snoozing through dinner

Well its official! In case there was any confusion if Addison was really my daughter (if the cheeks alone didn't convince you) she now is falling asleep during dinner. Sleeping through dinner is one thing I am famous for in my family. As a baby and little girl, I never could seem to make it through dinner without falling asleep! Now the gene has been passed down....

Grammy Janet and Grandpa Bill Visit

Last week Grammy Janet and Grandpa Bill visited us from Tucson. It was so fun spending time with them. Addison was so excited to play with Grammy and Grandpa. She loved all the walks they took her on. We hit a few tourist attraction, CNN and Coca Cola Factory. Mike and I took advantage of our visiting babysitters and had a date night! Thank you for a wonderful visit, we love you guys!
